Surrounding were dirty, including bird poops, old spillages, pool is at center of building and noise from pool users can be anoying after awhile. Price was good. Room was fair. Needs remodeling. I prefer not to stay there again; but if you are in a budget and don't care "coming home" after a long drive to a dirty place front door area, this might be your meal ticket.
