Not a Place For Handicapped People!

This is not a place for handicapped people to stay!
When we made the reservation, we were not informed that it was a two story motel without an elevator. Even though we had a reservation number, it took the staff quite some time to find our reservation when we arrived.
Both my husband & I were on quad canes when we checked in. Only then, the clerk informed up that our room were on the second floor and the hotel did not have an elevator. The clerk was cold to our handicap conditions and was unwilling to go out of his way to help us out.
To make a long story short, my husband and I had to hobble up the long staircase to our second floor room with our heavy baggage without any assistance from them.
The rudeness of the staff was absolutely appalling!
