As a female traveling alone, I was a bit concerned at first traveling to Casablanca. The staff was very helpful and treated me with great respect. They all new my name within 2 days of my arrival and always greated me using my first name.
My room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The room was a little dated, and the air conditioning did not exactly make the room cold. Luckily I traveled in May so that was not an issue. The window opened so I was able to enjoy the cool night air. The only real problem was my phone did not work properly and that took a while to get fixed. I would definitely stay there again.
