Terrible House Keeping Service!

I placed a plastic bag of souvenirs in my bedroom beside my luggage when I went out for sight-seeing. Upon my return in the evening I noticed that the bag was missing. I informed their receptionist that my bag was missing. She explained that their housekeeping probably thought that it was a bag of rubbish & could have thrown away. She personally went to check the storeroom on the 4th floor but couldn't find my bag. She said that she would ask their housekeeping the next day as it was already late & they had left for the day. Upon check-out the next day, i enquired about my bag but the previous receptionist was not on duty. The staff on duty could not help me & no effort was made to request for my contact to inform me of the outcome of their investigation. Who would in their right mind would leave rubbish with their luggage instead of throwing it into the rubbish bin. They should improve their overall service if they want further business.
