Right smack in the middle of everything - movie theaters, restraurants, great location.
We checked in on a Wed and Thur before the Memorial Day weekend. Parking was adequate, but I can see that it would be a problem if the place was fully booked.
Disconcerting to check in at the office when the staff is behind safety glass and bars! The room cosmetically needed some help (furniture worn, carpet needed to be replaced), but what I REALLY liked was : Shower was hot with great waterflow (not the low usage "sprinkle" that passes for a shower), the drain was not blocked and I did not have to stand in standing water in the tub while showering - my pet peeve, I could not hear my neighbors thru the walls, and the bed linens were clean and comfy. There was some loud music at night due to a nearby restaurents/club?, but the a/c was able to cover it up well. I didn't even bother with the "free breakfast" (which looked dismal) since there were so may other places to eat around that area!
